Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience covering:
– M&A advisory role in buy-side and sell-side transactions in various industries such as Information Technology, Healthcare, Construction, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas. Primary responsibilities include leading a team and managing the entire transaction process from preparation and reviewing of marketing documents, business valuations, financial models to provision of detailed financial analysis, managing the due diligence process, leading negotiations on definitive agreements and liaising with counterparties and professionals throughout the entire transaction process.
– Due diligence review for re-capitalization, review of financial forecasts, valuations, dispute resolution of a reputable family restaurant, corporate restructuring to problem loan workouts for five listed companies in Singapore and reverse takeovers of two listed companies.
– Preparation of financial modeling and valuation, including the provision of advice relating to debt restructuring to public listed companies and statutory boards.
– Large scale business transformation focused primarily on Finance/HR/Procurement/IT, with expertise in Service Delivery Model strategy, design & implementation enabled by shared services and outsourcing.
– Provided capital markets services to SGX-listed companies where an independent financial adviser is required to advise the independent directors on their recommendations to the shareholders.
– Advising companies on tax implications of corporate restructuring, investment decisions and mergers & acquisition deals. Cliental base includes Multinational Corporations from a broad range of industry groups including Private Equity, Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.
